At Goraya Immigration Law, PLLC, I proudly represent clients across all 50 states in a wide range of U.S. immigration matters. My firm provides compassionate, professional, and multilingual legal services in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu — ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their immigration journey.
While I live in Indiana, I am licensed to practice law in Minnesota, serving clients in Indiana, Minnesota, and across the United States for all immigration matters.

About Attorney Kultarpreet Singh Goraya

I began my legal career in India, earning my LLB from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, Punjab in 2016 and briefly practicing criminal defense before moving to the United States to continue my legal education. I completed both my LLM (2018) and JD (2022) at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where I participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, gaining hands-on experience assisting clients with U.S. immigration matters.
From 2022 to 2024, I further honed my practical experience while working with a nonprofit organization, representing individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes. I am now licensed to practice law in Minnesota, which allows me to represent clients in federal immigration matters across the United States, providing knowledgeable and personalized guidance every step of the way.
